Bacteria-reducing Depth Filter Sheets (including sterile filter sheets). We refer it as BDFS. It is made of fine and pure plantsĄŻ fibers and other filter aids such as diatomaceous earth and perlite etc (pharmaceutical grade). It has two items:
a. BDFS for the filtration of wine and soft drinks. It is specially used in the pre-filtration of wine fluids. And for soft drinks, it is used as the final filtration.
The main specifications are: thickness 3.4-3.6mm; pore diameter 0.4µm; density / co***ctness >0.37g/cm³. Other specifications such as porosity rate, air blast
resistance, wet burst strength, water passage speed, moisture, ashes etc are in conformity with quality standards.
b. BDFS for the filtration of pharmaceuticals fluid. This product works well for the solution of the fluid in pharmaceuticals management. It can be divided into 2 categories:
BDFS for activated carbons retention:
The main specifications are: thickness 3.6-4.0mm; pore diameter 1-20µm; density / co***ctness >0.35g/cm³.
BDFS for plasma filtration:
The main specifications are: thickness 3.5-3.7mm; pore diameter 4-8µm; density / co***ctness >0.38g/cm³.
Other specifications such as porosity rate, air blast resistance, wet burst strength, water passage speed, moisture, ashes etc are in conformity with quality standards.
BDFS works well at high temperature or even at low temperatures of -5℃ as well with the bacteria and foreign substances remaining insoluble. Thus it can make the
fluid even more clarifying, tran***rent and sterile. Such BDFS can be re-used for 2-3 times if you follow our instructions (see ***ails in How to Use the Product).
